Elderberries: elderberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that may boost your immune system. They could help tame inflammation, lessen stress, and help protect your heart, too. Some experts recommend elderberries to help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms.

How To Brew Herbal Tea
Herbal teas are delicious and nutritious hot or cold. Regardless of how you take your tea, follow the steps below and then add ice if desired.
Hot Brew
1. Bring water temperature to 205F
2. Add loose leaf blend (1 tbs per 8oz cup of water) to boiled water
3. Steep for 10-15 minutes
4. Enjoy hot or cool in the fridge and enjoy cold!
Cold Brew
1. Put 1 tbsp of loose leaf per 1 cup of water in a container
2. Shake
3. Leave in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours, a maximum of overnight
4. Strain, and enjoy!
